From start to finish, Nick was absolutely lovely to deal with—easygoing, approachable, and never pushy. Purchasing a vehicle from EV City in Christchurch was actually kind of fun. I had extreme concerns as I was overseas at the time, and had never purchased an electric vehicle previously. I was impressed with the conversations I had with Dave and with Jordan. Both knew their stuff and were upfront in their answers to all of my questions. I came away very comfortable in my decision to purchase from them, and also satisfied that I had purchased the vehicle to fulfil my needs at this time. Further, purchasing from EV City felt like joining a cult, but IN A GOOD WAY ;) ;) as it seems like a whanau of electric vehicle nerds who are exerting themselves as a team to provide great products and even better service. Definitely would shop with them again, and would be happy to recommend them to everybody in the market. Confirming that I have no other affiliation with this company or their staff. He was able to answer every question we asked and provided us with all the information we needed to help us make our decision. Nick and Jordan were prompt to respond to our emails during the purchase process. When I collected the car, Jordan was well mannered, and ensured that I felt confident in driving an EV before I left the dealership. He helped me set up my phone to the car, and provided all the hot tips of what it new car has to offer. Thanks for supporting a smooth transition into our new EV! It's only been a week, but I'm over the moon with the car.

Had a fantastic experience with Nick and Jordan at EV City! Super chill salespeople, friendly, great communication and knowledgable. They were also able to pull off an extremely quick turn around where I happened to ask for a car that had just come into the country and they managed to get it tidied and registered in under 24 hours! Would highly recommend.
