If I had to describe it I would say there was something really wholesome about the flow and the way I was dealt with. I bought the van long distance side unseen but from the reviews and the vibe I picked up from the staff from the outset I felt it ease. There was a few back-and-forth, questions and stuff, and some things I needed after the van arrived, all taken care of. Even the driver who dropped it off was a nice guy and we spent a bit of time chatting. Really happy with the van, and couldn’t speak more highly of the service.
