Staff were helpful without being pushy, and appeared genuinely enthusiastic about the electric vehicles in their showroom, compared with other non-ev car dealers we had recently visited.

I felt no pressure looking at cars here. Staff were willing to take the time and explain the nuances of EVs to us. All the cars we looked at here were in great condition compared to our no 2 choice dealer where it was more of a mixed bag. We purchased from EVcity because of the great service and high quality stock.

Saw vehicles online and contacted EVCity on the Saturday that afternoon Jordan took us through the vehicle. We negotiated a price and delivery and paid on the Sunday. They kept us informed of everything that was happening with registration etc.
